I know Liverpool is a great team. I love Gerrard some other players (though I hate Fernando Torres), but Arsenal is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaay better. Admit it.

To be fair, Arsenal play nice, fluid, soccer, and it is a joy to watch them, but this season, they just aren't pulling their weight..They've lost too many games recently..

Yes, it's obviously a joke. First of all, NG doesn't work like that, people who want to be a mod don't have to apply because the staff and current mods selects who they want to be modded.
Also, many times mod have gone inactive for some time, but they never need someone to mod for them or something. And even if he wanted someone to be a mod while he's absent, he wouldn't give someone the password, that's just stupid because the winner could do whatever he wants with the account.
